Cue to that screeching sound you hear in the movies when the record skips and everyone stares at the protagonist. Beefy hunks primping for the camera? Um ... okay.
Thankfully, there are enough sexy ladies to make this phallocentric presentation bearable, and the production values are top notch.
The first vignette features an exotic dancer (but which one's the dancer? Hell if I know, cuz they could both be, by the looks of it) who's more than friendly with his/her client. He fucks her so vigorously that I was certain that combustion was going to occur at any time.
Next we discover a couple exploring their kinky side. The man blindfolds his woman and licks her mound and in return he gets a BJ. He finally lies back on the mattress and she rides him hard and sensually.
Next we find a couple fucking on a bed in an all-black room as candles burn in the background. A hazy filter enhances the atmosphere significantly. In fact, now that I think about it, every scene's shot with this hazy effect, but it's ultimately not a hindrance.
My only complaint is that each scene's so short -- then again, instead of the standard five or six scenes we get eight, so it all works out.
In the end, I was surprised at how much I enjoyed Illicit Affairs; I honestly wasn't expecting to walk away with much and it impressed me. If you want an adult film that has male stars that are just as dreamy as the females, seek this one out. It's an excellent choice for couples and bisexual males.
For those out there that feel their heterosexuality will be challenged if they watch this flick, well, no need to apply. But be advised that you'd be missing out on some great sex with some really hot ladies.
