You'd think this lesson would have sunk in, oh, say, back in grade school, but I guess when it comes to porn I'm still a newbie. See, I made the mistake of simply dismissing this movie in my mind based off of the amatuer box art.
Who cared that it starred some of my favorite adult stars, such as Cytherea, Tabitha Stevens and Rayveness? I was too busy expecting shoddy production values, crappy sex and all-around amatuerishness (the lack of a proper director credit didn't help quell my concerns).
Well, I got nothing of the sort here.
First off, the picture quality is fantastic. Hell, I've seen productions from some of the bigger studios that didn't have quality like this. These values trickle into the very scenes themselves in terms of set design and location. To put it bluntly and plainly, the film's beautiful to look at.
Next up is the amazing cast. Like I said, many of my favorites were included and they really rocked the house with enthusiastic and energetic performances. This film will have you pitching tents in no time. It's the kind of old-school gonzo I grew up on, minus the canned setups and overall hackneyed setups of modern productions.
Well, consider me schooled. I'm eagerly awaiting this studio's next production. I just hope they hire another package designer.
