And while I can appreciate a MILF or two, the ladies didn't do it much for me, either; the deluge of silicone enhanced breasts was too much for me to handle. (I prefer big, natural boobs, and only two ladies showcased them in the entire movie).
As for the titular warden, she's not even really in the film (except for one scene). There's not much in terms of narrative, either, beyond " prison inmates engage in sexual escapades with the officers and warden."
Again, the movie is well performed, but I have no idea what the point of it all is. This is more of a compilation of sex scenes taking place within a prison rather than being a cohesive narrative.
The picture quality is poor; ironically, the audio is more than adequate. There are no special features, either, which probably would've added to the title. I honestly can't recommend this for anything other than as a rental unless you're a tremendous fan of silicone breasts.
