The Free Speech Coalition (FSC) has reached a new level of relevance by meeting adult businesses where they live and tackling the real issues of importance to the adult entertainment community. Issues like:

Piracy— FSC’s Antipiracy Action Program (APAP) has more than a dozen of the top Alexa rated tubesites signed on to our program. Our monetization program utilizes state-of-the-art technology to prevent pirated content from being uploaded and provides content providers with a new revenue stream. FSC also brought the folks from Porn-Guardian into the program utilizing their considerable resources to address torrents, cyberlockers and P2P sites. .XXX— Continues to haunt the adult entertainment industry as many adult business owners feel trapped with the dilemma of purchasing their domain names in .XXX to protect their brand and traffic. FSC continues to fight the TLD on a national and international basis through lobbying and potential litigation and has launched a “Just say no” campaign explaining to adult professionals why purchasing a .XXX domain name may be the worst investment they could ever make. CalOSHA— When an overzealous non-profit in search of fame and fortune set their sights on the adult entertainment industry they decided to use CalOSHA as their weapon of choice. AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF), a non-profit famous for frivolous lawsuits, serial press conferences and ridiculous protests, has set its sights on the adult entertainment community. They have filed a number of workplace safety complaints against adult producers. FSC has been working to expose this political posturing and bring the truth about our industry’s solid record of workplace safety to those in the state government ultimately responsible for oversight. We have conducted studies and hired professional consultants who specialize in workplace safety issues. We have developed an industry appropriate bloodborne pathogen plan and a workplace safety handbook for adult businesses. This has been a long and tedious fight but we have and will continue to be there every step of the way to speak for the adult entertainment industry — we’ve got your back.

2257— FSC has filed an appeal in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in our ongoing effort to rid the adult industry of this overbroad and over burdensome record-keeping law. Our attorneys Michael Murray and Loraine Baumgardner are working tirelessly to help alleviate the strain that this onerous law imposes on the adult entertainment community.
