Stripchat's Jessica on Building Creator Success, One Step at a Time

Stripchat's Jessica on Building Creator Success, One Step at a Time

At most industry events, the spotlight naturally falls on the creators whose personalities light up screens and social feeds. Behind the booths, parties and perfectly timed photo ops, however, there is someone else shaping the experience.

Her name is Jessica, and she is Stripchat’s global events lead — a title that barely hints at the true scope of her responsibilities. On paper, she manages the company’s global events team. In practice, she is building the connective tissue that holds together a vibrant livestreaming community.

Everything I do within the event space is focused on building community first. I absolutely love watching an event come together, where we are able to have models from all walks of life and all corners of the earth meet and find their community.

“I have always loved the adult industry,” Jessica tells XBIZ. “I’ve been with Stripchat for about a year and a half, but I was a cam model and content creator before coming to the other side, and I was adult-adjacent in my previous career as a photographer.”

Like many professionals working in adult, Jessica’s career path has not been a straight line. One of her gigs involved planning and hosting events for black-label alcohol and tobacco brands.

“I have always found it fascinating to market brands or products that are considered ‘on the edge’ or ‘forbidden,’” she reflects. “It forces you to think outside the box and find a way to safely exist within the ‘vanilla’ ecosystem.”

As a result, she says, coming to the adult industry felt like a natural next step.

Hello From the Other Side

Having been a creator herself, Jessica remembers the hustle and the challenges that come with the gig, and lets that lived experience color everything she does for Stripchat.

“I think through each moment of an event, and consider how every single thing we do as a brand helps models and fans experience us,” she says. “I love going through every event with a fine-tooth comb to think about how we can improve upon it, how we can grow it and how we can mold it to better suit the needs of our models.”

In particular, Jessica says, she loves knowing that her work really benefits the model community.

“I try to place myself in the position of the model and think, ‘Would I have wanted this, as a model?’” she says. “‘Would this activity or experience have benefited me? How can this event help our models create content, connect with fans or improve their knowledge?’”

For Jessica, the details matter because people matter.

“I love helping to create a space where new friendships are formed,” she says. “I love seeing models after our events getting together and helping one another — building up their own empires while also building up each other.”

Parties Are No Vacation

From the outside, all the airports, hotels, nightlife, packed dance floors and smiling faces can look glamorous. Jessica is quick to peel back that illusion.

“My role day-to-day is very diverse,” she explains. “Some days I am planning an event, researching it, understanding the culture and community that already exists in the location and trying to think what we can bring to it that honors what is already there, while also leaving our own mark as well. Then I am traveling to global destinations to pull off the event with my fantastic team. Throwing parties and events, hosting activities and get-togethers, planning photo shoots and ensuring everyone gets where they need to go, does what they need to do, and has a fun time along the way.

“In between there, sometimes I sleep,” she adds wryly.

What doesn’t make the highlight reel is all the innumerable small decisions, rerouted schedules and invisible tinkering that keeps the gears in motion.

“Attending these events often means working 18-to-20-hour days when you’re on-site, filled with continual problem-solving and people management,” Jessica shares. “And it must all be done with a smile on your face.”

Before the logistics spreadsheets and floor plans can come into play, laying the foundation requires focused dedication to what Stripchat is meant to feel like: open, welcoming and alive.

“Stripchat is a very tightly focused brand that values fun, freedom and safety above all else,” Jessica affirms. “I share those same values, so what I do for work and who I am as a person are very closely aligned. This makes it easy to plan the logistics and pull off the most epic and fun activities. We really are driven so deeply by these core values within Stripchat that we just wouldn’t do it any other way.”

‘Somewhere They Belong’

In 2025, Jessica transitioned out of her previous role, in community management, to become global events lead. The move expanded her scope but did not change her focus.

“Coming from Community Management has ensured that everything I do within the event space is focused on building community first,” she says proudly. “I absolutely love watching an event come together, where we are able to have models from all walks of life and all corners of the earth meet and find their community.”

She reaches for an image that feels almost poetic.

“I consider our platform to be the staircase upon which we raise models up, and I am so honored to see our models walking up it, finding their home here on our platform, and really feeling like they have somewhere they belong.

“Being able to host community events for models, provide photo shoots for them, introduce them to people and opportunities within the industry and be a springboard for them, fills my heart so deeply,” she says. “It’s what I love to do.”

The Real Human Experience

Asked what advice she would offer to women aspiring to build their own careers in adult, Jessica doesn’t overcomplicate it.

“This industry is just like many others,” she says. “Hard work and diligence pay off. Go to the events, talk to all the people, network, socialize and put yourself in a position to be seen. Be at the front of mind when an opportunity comes up, and you’ll be amazed at where that can take you.”

This advice resonates doubly due to the onrush of unpredictable opportunities and adjustments stemming from the growing overlap between intimacy and technology.

“I love the ecosystem that we all exist within, and I think it’s incredibly exciting to see where all of our platforms are headed,” Jessica says. “We’re at such an interesting moment with AI, but I think we will see creators becoming that much more invaluable, simply for the fact that they are human.”

Fans, she argues, value real human interactions above all.

“This is what makes livestreaming so special to begin with,” Jessica says. “I feel that as fans are presented with more and more AI options, they will choose the real human experience to satiate their need for closeness and community.”

Reaching for the Stars in 2026

As Stripchat looks toward an ambitious 2026, Jessica is setting goals that feel both personal and purposeful.

“As a company, we are reaching for the stars this year,” she says. “I have some very big, lofty goals attached to that plan. However, I can’t say too much, so you’ll just have to watch as Stripchat shoots for the moon!”

In her off hours, away from stages and schedules, she gravitates toward places where the noise of the industry fades completely so she can reconnect with herself.

“I love to hike and spend a lot of time in the mountains,” she says. “I love camping and try to go as often as I can.”

She also loves cryptic crosswords — and reading.

“One of my personal goals for 2026 is to read 50 books throughout the year,” Jessica declares. “I currently have 25 on my list, but I’m leaving room because I always love a good book recommendation. If you see me at an event, and you have any recommendations on your favorites of any genre, I will happily take them.”

That being said, she is often drawn to stories of resilience, especially autobiographies.

“Hearing about real people overcoming and succeeding in life really inspires me,” she says.

That is perhaps no coincidence, given that helping others succeed is at the core of Jessica’s work. Her passion for that work is evident in how she speaks about the people she serves.

“Our models absolutely rock,” she attests. “I just want to keep giving them opportunities to shine.”
