Cybersocket Merges With Fleshbot Gay

LOS ANGELES — NSFW.Army has merged its gay web properties Cybersocket and Fleshbot Gay to form a "mega-hub" under the latter brand.

The venerable Cybersocket brand has a 25-year history in the gay adult space and was acquired by NSFW.Army, the team behind Cherry Pimps, last summer. Current staff members will now shift to Fleshbot Gay, among them recently installed editor-in-chief Meaty Panda and company director Alexander Rodriguez.

Associate director Joshua Andrew as well as writer Dalton King and performer-bloggers Jack Andy, Adam Russo and AJ Sloan will also move to Fleshbot; Cybersocket podcasts "Bear With Us Grrrl" and "Out of the Kennel," hosted by Teddy Bear and Cazden Hunter, respectively, as well as "Unzipped by Cybersocket" will now join the Fleshbot Gay lineup.

The "Cybersocket powered by Fleshbot [brand] will continue its physical presence at tentpole events across the nation," noted a rep for NSFW.Army.

"I am more than thrilled at this coming together of these two major platforms," Rodriguez said. "I am excited for the Fleshbot audience to see the hard work and great content we have cultivated on Cybersocket.com. The Cybersocket and Fleshbot Gay legacies coming together just makes sense. The sky’s the limit as we truly become the ultimate resource where pop culture and gay erotica come together."
