Streaming Siren: Isabelle Goncalves on Turning Up the Heat and Rising to the Top

Before the whirlwind of XBIZ Miami and the bright lights of the XMA Creator Awards stage, there was a young woman from Colombia with a spark and an idea. After she appeared on a Colombian reality show called ‘The Switch,’ a close friend suggested that her charisma and attitude would make her a natural at camming. She took the plunge — only to find herself staring into a webcam with no script and no clue, trying to make magic happen.

“It was terrible,” Isabelle Goncalves laughs, thinking back to her very first livestream. “I had no idea what I was doing. I was just experimenting,” she said in her interview with XBIZ, speaking in her native Spanish.

Fear is our worst enemy. But you can’t let shame or judgment hold you back. I want women to know this is a space they can claim too.

Her first month streaming, she recalls, was pretty rough.

“But over time, I started to fall in love with camming — because I could just be me,” she recalls. “I love to dance, and I love feeling sexy. That gave me fuel to push harder. I started wanting to be the best at it, because I knew I was doing something good. From then on, my whole life began to shift.”

That shift wasn’t just technical — it was emotional. As Goncalves leaned into her identity and let her personality shine, something clicked.

“I realized it wasn’t about looks,” she says. “It was about making people feel happy just by being myself and sharing that energy and connection.”

That sense of authenticity would become her signature. Today, Goncalves is a rising star on Chaturbate, drawing new fans in not just with her aesthetic but with the unmistakable magnetism of someone who truly enjoys what she does.

“I think the fact that I didn’t know anything about the industry helped me discover it in my own way,” she says. “It wasn’t easy, but I kept going.”

From Medellin to the Main Stage

XBIZ Miami 2025 marked Goncalves’ international debut. She attended the week’s events solo, in a country where she didn’t speak the language — but you would never have known it, based on the grace with which she moved through the crowd.

Exuding the confidence of a saucy telenovela star, she was reserved at first, then utterly magnetic. By the end of the week, she was on stage accepting the XMA trophy for Rising Streamer of the Year.

That night, standing under the bright lights, she wasn’t just celebrating a personal win — she was carrying the pride of her community with her. For Goncalves, representing Latinas in the industry is both an honor and a motivation to keep reaching higher.

“It was the best award I’ve received so far,” she says. “I’ve won some awards in Colombia, but this was my first international recognition. Hearing my name announced with all those amazing creators... I got emotional. It felt like everything I’d worked for was finally being seen.”

The reason she got there, she insists, is simple: her fans.

“I don’t think any streamer or creator can get very far without fans,” she affirms. “That’s why I’ve always made it a point to stay connected, whether it’s reading comments, answering DMs or just letting people into my daily life. Whenever I achieve something big, I thank them first. They’re the reason I won an XMA award — because they see all the hard work behind the scenes. And no matter how far I go, I know they’re the reason I’m here. Their support keeps me going. It’s why I never let go of my dreams.”

Reina Del Show

Goncalves’ shows are vibrant and dynamic. Wigs, lighting, backdrops, lingerie, toys and different rooms in her home all become elements in a performance that’s equal parts sultry and soulful. Yet it’s never just about putting on a show.

“I want people to feel something,” Goncalves says. “To feel seen, desired, appreciated. I talk to them about what they like, what they care about. That connection makes a big difference.”

Being an independent model gives her the freedom to play, adapt and create something unique each time she goes live.

“I try to offer variety, because every fan is different,” she says. “Whether it’s a public show or something more private, I like knowing there’s something for everyone.”

That freedom, she says, is part of what fuels her passion.

“I’ve gotten to travel, meet people, express myself,” she marvels. “That freedom is priceless.”

Goncalves is now working to expand her reach, with an eye to potential studio shoots.

“There’s a lot in the works!” she enthuses. “I want to keep appearing at international events and award shows to take my image and talent to the next level. I’m also focused on growing beyond streaming. I create content for adult sites and social platforms, and I’d love to sign with a production company and really expand what I do.”

To get there, she’s studying English, constantly improving her communication skills. At XBIZ Miami, she took every opportunity to practice — chatting with creators, meeting the press and introducing herself with an eager sparkle in her eye.

“I want to be ready for whatever comes next,” she declares.

Latina and Limitless

A proud Latina, Goncalves doesn't see herself as the only potential beneficiary of her success.

“One of my biggest goals is to help other women in this industry grow too,” she shares. “I really believe in helping each other out. I didn’t have much guidance when I started, so I try to do that for others now.

“I also want to represent my culture and my country, and show that Latinas belong everywhere,” she says. “We have so much talent, and we’ve proven that by becoming major forces in this industry. I’ve met many creators who have built incredible careers with pride and determination, supporting their families, advancing professionally and improving their lives.”

Goncalves knows firsthand how daunting that first step can be, especially for performers who come from conservative cultures.

“Fear is our worst enemy,” she says. “But you can’t let shame or judgment hold you back. I want women to know this is a space they can claim too. My life changed completely when I stopped being afraid. This industry gives you space to grow and succeed. I always think about this quote by author Stephen Richards: ‘When you do the thing you fear most, you can do anything.’”

Rhythm and Realness

Off camera, Goncalves finds her balance in the little joys: wine nights, gym sessions and the company of close friends.

“I’ve discovered a lot of new passions during my downtime,” she says. “I love going to the gym, traveling, exploring new places and cultures, and spending quality time with friends. A perfect break for me might just be a great restaurant, or a glass of wine at home. I feel lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful people — it makes everything more meaningful.”

When the lights go on and the stream begins, though, it’s music that flips her switch.

“Music is everything to me,” she says. “It sets the tone. Before a show, I’ll blast Rüfüs Du Sol, Travis Scott, Montell Fish — whatever gets me in the mood to move. I love tracks with feeling, but I also need something I can dance to. It helps me express myself.”

That soundtrack becomes part of the show, transforming each stream into something more intimate and interactive.

“Sometimes I ask my fans what they want to hear and add it to the playlist,” Goncalves says. “It makes the vibe feel shared. I’m not just performing — I’m connecting. We’re creating something together.”

For the rest of 2025 and beyond, Goncalves is setting her sights on more travel, more recognition and a whole new chapter on screen.

“I’ve come a long way, and I’m not done yet,” she says. “I want to keep growing, keep creating — and keep showing the world what I’m capable of.”
