Sara Loverays on Tapping Her Goddess Energy

Sara Loverays on Tapping Her Goddess Energy

When Sara Loverays first turned on her webcam, she didn’t know it would change her life — or unlock a side of herself she’d been waiting to set free. What began as a way to make extra cash between travel physical therapy contracts soon became her full-time passion, a platform for self-discovery, and a ticket to building her own brand based on sensuality, self-discovery and “goddess energy.”

Five years later, Loverays has established herself as a prominent cam model and content creator with a dedicated fan base. Lauded for her engaging style and genuine approach, she’s steadily built a space for herself in the adult industry. Her method is a blend of creativity, community-building and wellness — a balancing act she continues to refine for both her audience and her fellow creators.

If you do what everyone else loves, they might tip you — but if you do what you genuinely love, they’ll fall in love with you and keep coming back.

Like many performers, Loverays’ entry into camming was born from necessity.

“For me, the practical side of it was money,” she explains. “I had moved across the country for work, and my contract ended early. I started camming to cover the cost of moving, but a few months in, COVID hit and the clinic shut down. I realized if the world could change that fast, maybe I could too. That’s when I decided to go all in.”

But the real hook went deeper. As Loverays’ confidence grew, so did her desire to explore parts of herself she’d been taught to hide.

“Growing up in the Midwest, there was a lot of shame around sex and self-expression,” she recalls. “Camming gave me a safe, creative space to unlearn all that and just be.”

What started as survival quickly became empowerment — and from there, something even hotter. As Loverays embraced her own desires, her shows began to reflect the freedom she was creating for herself. It wasn’t just about putting on a performance; it was about finding a way to channel her own fantasies, pleasure and authenticity into something others could connect with.

“I was figuring myself out, live on camera,” she admits. “Even though I started off a little shy, that growth was part of the appeal. Fans got to see me evolve, from those early couple shows with my ex to my solo work, which really helped me come into my own.”

It wasn’t long before camming became more than just a job. It was a journey of self-discovery, creative expression and building a loyal community that showed up for her night after night. And she was more than ready to meet them where their fantasies led.

“It’s wild to think I’ve been on Chaturbate for five years now — and I don’t see myself slowing down anytime soon,” she says. “What keeps me going is the connection. The community I’ve built is something I truly cherish. It’s not just about the performance. It’s about being present with people, sharing real moments and showing up as my full self.”

For Loverays’ admirers, her shows stand out not just for their erotic appeal — though that’s certainly present in abundance — but for her commitment to authenticity and intention. Before going live, Loverays makes sure to set the mood just right, blending performance with genuine connection.

“I like to think of it like setting an intention before a yoga class,” she says. “Every stream has its own unique energy depending on how I’m feeling, how fans engage and whatever creative spark flows between us. It’s not just about putting on a show; it’s about creating an experience that feels good for me, too.”

Loverays’ dedication to creating meaningful experiences for her viewers extends to thoughtfully curated lighting and music, and themed shows that reflect her own interests and passions. She approaches each performance like a canvas, part of an art form she’s continuously refining.

Just like any art, it’s a learning process.

“There’s so much that goes into a successful cam show beyond what people see on the surface,” she explains. “Performance, tech skills, managing fan communication — those are all huge pieces of the puzzle. One thing people might not realize is how important adaptability is. A great show isn’t just about putting on a performance; it’s about being tuned in.”

Loverays’ willingness to adapt has served her well, both in building her fan base and helping other creators find their footing. After years of honing her craft, she’s stepped into the role of mentor, sharing hard-won knowledge with newcomers hoping to make their own mark in the industry.

“One piece of advice I always share is this: If you do what everyone else loves, they might tip you — but if you do what you genuinely love, they’ll fall in love with you and keep coming back,” she says. “The most magnetic performers aren’t just hot — they’re real. They lead with their truth, and fans can feel that energy.”

Loverays’ passion for the industry extends beyond her own shows and creative projects. She’s actively involved in promoting a healthier, more sustainable approach to camming and content creation — one that prioritizes both physical and mental wellness. Having worked as a physical therapist before diving into camming, she understands the toll that long hours and repetitive movements can take on the body. It’s one of the reasons she’s so passionate about incorporating wellness techniques into her routines and sharing them with fellow creators.

“Sex is exercise,” she says with a grin. “But you have to treat it that way — warm up, know your limits and listen to your body.”

Her fans aren’t the only ones noticing. Recently, Loverays had the opportunity to represent Chaturbate at the LAL Expo in Colombia, an experience she describes as “enriching” and “deeply inspiring.”

“Being there as the face of Chaturbate meant I had the chance to share what I’ve learned and help other models thrive,” she says. “I gave a talk on the ‘Dos and Don’ts of Chaturbate’ and answered questions from the crowd about gear, camera placement, apps and how to stay grounded when a room feels quiet.”

Loverays’ presentation was a hit, but the passion and energy of her fellow creators left an equally lasting impression on her.

“The industry in Colombia brings so much heart and passion to this work,” she says. “Everyone I met was incredibly engaged and enthusiastic — from the meaningful conversations and creative event themes to the beautiful displays and high-energy celebrations.”

Despite her success, Loverays remains refreshingly down-to-earth about her journey. She’s the first to admit that camming can be unpredictable, and not every stream goes as planned. But for her, that’s part of the beauty of it all.

“The ups and downs are what make this job real,” she says. “You can’t control everything, and that’s okay. The important part is showing up, being yourself and letting people see the real you — flaws and all. That’s where the magic happens.”

As for what’s next, Loverays’ focus remains on creativity, collaboration and community. She’s currently working on a website aimed at providing resources for performers looking to improve their physical and mental well-being, while continuing to push her own creative limits.

“I’m always looking to connect with my fans in deeper, more meaningful ways,” she says. “This work has given me so much — I just want to keep building on that and giving back where I can.”
