A federal appeals court has upheld a 1998 Alabama law banning the sale of sex toys in the state. The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said Alabama can police the sale of adult novelties that include "any device designed or marketed as useful primarily for the stimulation of human genital organs.”
