Gay Roundtable to Put 2019 in Focus at XBIZ Berlin

BERLIN — XBIZ is pleased to announce the debut of its Gay Roundtable at XBIZ Berlin, uniting players from this vibrant market segment for a look at the newest trends for 2019 and how they will impact the road ahead.

The “Gay Roundtable: 2019 in Focus” is set for 2 p.m. on Tuesday, September 10, with industry leaders representing the full spectrum of the all-male market, from performers to producers, paysite operators to marketers and more for a peer discussion of current challenges and opportunities.

The Gay Roundtable joins other XBIZ Berlin exclusives, such as the “Meeting of the Minds” educational  series offering three distinct executive sessions targeting talent, producers and paysite pros.

Leading into the conference, excitement among attendees pointed to the upcoming session’s value.

Chris Baer from AME Studios has attended XBIZ Berlin for the past few years and is very happy to see the gay market receive more of a focus at this year's event.

“In a time when producers and paysite operators have to face challenges not only with piracy and free porn but also with increasing popularity of platforms where models can sell self-shot content, it’s more important than ever to be creative, unique and to stand out to attract customers,” Baer explained and added, “I’m excited that XBIZ Berlin offers a platform for exchanging ideas and getting inspiration as well as to network with other players in the gay adult business.”

Likewise, Antoine Barde, a partner with PornSiteManager.com, is eager to exchange views with talent and executives that he may not have connected with before.

“It is a unique opportunity in Europe to keep learning about gay biz and extend my network after 10 years in the industry,” Barde exclaimed. “I am thrilled!”

XBIZ Berlin returns September 9-12, uniting industry members from the European and broader international markets for thought-provoking discussions, top deal-making opportunities and exclusive social events, culminating with the triumphant return of the XBIZ Europa Awards, presented by ManyVids.

Held at the urban-chic Catalonia Berlin Mitte Hotel near the Mitte district, with local attractions such as Alexanderplatz and the historic Nikolaiviertel, XBIZ Berlin takes place in the heart of the city’s nightlife and entertainment scene.

Due to exceptional demand, the final block of rooms at the Catalonia Berlin Mitte have completely sold out. Click here for nearby options.

Affiliates, talent and producers qualify for free registration at XBIZ Berlin, while members of XBIZ.net are eligible for discounted event admission.
