Roald Riepen Steps Down as CEO of IMC

UITGEEST, The Netherlands — Roald Riepen, CEO of International Media Company (IMC), is stepping down as CEO.

The company, which includes the paysite network AdultPrime, as well as SecretFriends and SinfulXXX, has been helmed by Riepen for 13 years. According to a rep, he will be making a complete exit from the company, including as a shareholder and partner.

“The decision follows a difference in vision on the future direction of IMC,” the rep said. “By stepping aside, Riepen is giving the new generation of shareholders the opportunity to pursue their own vision for the company.”

Added Riepen, “Leaving was not what I originally had in mind, but we have different views on the road ahead, and I respect that. The new generation deserves the space to shape the company's future according to their vision. With my departure, IMC is once again a fully family-owned business, and that is a beautiful thing.”

“I am incredibly proud of the employees and team I've worked with and everything we have achieved together over the years. Their dedication and hard work made our achievements possible,” he added.
