LOS ANGELES — Sexual robotics technology has taken another leap forward with Cloud Climax’s announcement that it is now offering Emma the Sex Robot with artificial-intelligence functions.
Emma, which costs about $3,900, is an alternative partner that is here to provide companionship for all, Cloud Climax officials said. It has the ability to recognize voices and winks at companions with animated eyes that can move and blink.
Emma’s head tilts and rotates and her animated mouth lip syncs while speaking, smiling and delivering different facial expressions to provide barrier-free communication in both Chinese and English — answering questions and conversing as she learns.
Emma’s body features integrated touch sensors, offering different responses according to different stimulations. It also has an internal system for heating herself up to a human body temperature of 98.6 degrees.
Emma includes stand-up feet, a full-body skeleton and other humanoid features.
“Emma the Robot can be your life companion if you want her to,” a company spokesperson said. “She is here to fulfill you in every way that you want her.”
While Emma’s interaction is from the neck upwards, her body sensors react to touch.
“The AI that is incorporated into Emma the Robot is such that she is able to learn from each interaction that she has in order that she can learn what your likes and dislikes are and provide you with a more pleasing interaction,” the spokesperson added. “This relationship building artificial intelligence in fully encrypted and secured to protect your identity and data.”
