Next Paysite Meetup Set for London

LONDON — Paysite Meetup has announced its next event, set for the Hoxton Hotel in Central London on November 30.

Presented by Vendo and XBIZ.net, this exclusive, one-day event for paysite professionals was previously held in Barcelona and Prague, with a goal of bringing operators together to learn from each other and discuss important topics directly affecting the paysite market.

Vendo will co-host the event with lead paysite partner Groobybucks.

“I’m looking forward to participating in an event that is aimed at paysites rather than the broader B2B shows I generally attend,” Groobybucks’ Steven Grooby says. “Grooby is still very much in the paysite business and we aim to continue to grow there.”

“With ever-changing legal, billing and technical challenges I hope to be able to share solutions and gain insight into what other companies are doing and how we can help each other face these challenges,” Grooby adds. “I look forward to meeting new people in London as well as reunite with established acquaintances.”

Past attendees such as Paul from DDF Networks called the Paysite Meetup “refreshing [and] insightful,” and the level of attendees “fantastic.”

“The paysite model is back in business and it needs its own venue where paysite pros can get hands-on with topics that are vital to their business,” Vendo’s Mitch Platt explains. “Paysite Meetup is creating a community of paysite professionals who share common ground, concerns, and objectives. London is the ideal place to discuss specific industry changes affecting how business will be done in the U.K.”
