Modelcopia Launches Pulse App Connecting Models With Fans

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. — Modelcopia has announced its release of Pulse, a mobile web app giving adult and mainstream models a place to sell uncensored content directly to fans.

According to its publisher, Pulse allows content creators to upload videos and images to private, subscription-only feeds that start at 99¢ per month, enabling fans to discover new models, purchase individual clips and store their favorite content in a private library.

“Social media platforms have always benefited from adult stars and their hot content but maintained public policies of not supporting them,” says Modelcopia co-founder Dave Rock. “Oftentimes models will build massive fan bases just to have their accounts deleted. We wanted to change that.”

Now out of private beta, Pulse now boasts more than 40 models including stars such as Blair Williams, Cassidy Banks, Scarlett Sage and Summer Day.

“Developed and created by members of the adult industry, Pulse aims to bring innovative solutions to an industry facing dwindling profits from pirated content,” Rock adds, noting how the new app provides content creators with up to 70 percent of the revenue generated by the service, with easy, convenient browser-based access.

Models must verify their identity before getting approved, while fans can sign up for free and browse the app before committing to a subscription.
