xHamster.com Picks Up 3 More Domains Found Cyberquatting

HARTFORD, Conn. — In two separate decisions, arbitrators have awarded three adult domains that were found to be cybersquatting to the parent company of xHamster.com.

xHamsterMania.com, xHamster-Deutsch.com and xHamsters-Deutsch.com — all providing adult content — were ordered transferred to Hammy Media Ltd. in two rulings made in the past few days. Last week, Hammy Media also was victorious over the xHamsterPorn.net domain, which also was ordered transferred.

In recent years, other similar cybersquatting domains that have been ordered transferred to Hammy Media include xHamster9.com and xHampster, along with xHamsterDeutsch.biz and xHamsterDeutsch.net.

In the cases of xHamsterMania, xHamster-Deutsch.com and xHamsters-Deutsch.com, the sites’ operators registered the domains using private registration and did not respond to claims in the case.

Arbitrators deciding the cases found that each of the disputed domain names were confusingly similar to xHamster.com’s trademark, that the respondents had no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the disputed domain names, and that the domain names were registered and being used in bad faith.

Arbitrators ordered xHamsterMania, xHamster-Deutsch.com and xHamsters-Deutsch.com transferred to Hammy Media.
