Studio 20 Looks Back at Year of Growth

BUCHAREST — Studio 20, which celebrated its fourth anniversary on Sunday, said it reached several lofty goals for the year 2016.

Growth was definitely on Studio 20’s radar in 2016. Half a dozen new Studio 20s in Romania, along with one in California, debuted in 2016, according to Studio 20 spokeswoman Andra Chirnogeanu.

Romanian facilities in Cluj Napoca, Timisoara, Craiova and Bucharest Unirii, along with Studio 20 Men (the first studio dedicated to male cam models in its global network), opened during the year.

Studio 20 also made its U.S. presence known with the opening of its first U.S. facility in Hollywood, Calif., over the summer.

Industry recognition also was on Studio 20’s radar. In 2016, Studio 20 received recognition from its peers in the industry, winning several “best cam studio” awards from industry media companies, Chirnogeanu said.

Studio 20 started up business on Jan. 1, 2013, with 10 rooms at its Gara de Nord facility in Bucharest, Chirnogeanu said.

“It had only 12 models in average during the first year, but its loving and experienced ‘parents’ helped grow and nourished it, feeding it and believing in it,” Chirnogeanu said.

“2014 brought more work,” Chirnogeanu said. “10 rooms became 12 and then 14. It took two years for Studio 20 to define itself as a glamour professional’ cam studio and to make its first steps outside the house.”

In February 2015, Studio 20 grew into the first cam studio franchise network, later partnering up with scores of blue-chip cam sites, including LiveJasmin, Flirt4Free, ImLive, Free Webcams, AliceX and StripChat — all the while it had been giving back to the community through charitable causes, Chirnogeanu said.

“Studio 20 has proven to be a top glamour model creating machine, having the knowledge, the power and especially the heart that glues all this together and forms a unity,” Chirnogeanu said. “Join us now in celebration and raise your glass to Studio 20. May it grow bigger, stronger and keep raising the bar every year.”
