LALExpo Returns to Cartagena July 10-12

CARTAGENA — The Latin America Adult Business Expo (LALExpo) has announced its 2017 return to Colombia’s popular port city of Cartagena, July 10-12.

According to the live camming event’s promoters, 2016’s expo was so successful, the decision to return to Cartagena to take advantage of the beauty and fun the city has to offer was easy.

“Cartagena is a modern fishing village on Colombia’s Caribbean coast,” explains a LALExpo spokesperson. “The walled Old Town in the heart of the city features 16th-century plazas, colorful colonial architecture and beautiful cobblestone streets. The tropical climate also makes Cartagena a popular beach destination and an ideal location to hold the event in 2017.”

More than 900 people trekked to Colombia to attend the 2016 LALExpo, with more attendees expected due to the new larger venue’s added capacity.

“We had to move to a larger venue to accommodate the increased number of attendees thanks to our decision to expand the show to include the whole online adult industry,” the spokesperson added. “Since we expanded, we now attract attendees, not just in live cams, but also in mobile, traffic, billing, hosting, webmasters and more.”

The 2017 event is set for the Cartagena de Indias Convention Center, known as one of the largest and most impressive convention centers in Latin America.

The Convention Center is a city landmark at the heart of Cartagena’s historical downtown, covering an area of 215,000 square feet with multipurpose ambiances. It has been the site of important events at both the national and international level, such as the Miss Colombia Beauty Pageant and the Summit of the Americas attended by President Obama, among others.

“Because of its strategic location in one of the most beautiful bays in the world, the Cartagena de Indias Convention Center is the perfect venue to hold major events, and next year’s LALExpo is definitely going to be major,” the spokesperson added. “The LALExpo is not just the best show of its kind, It is the only one of its kind. It has established itself as the must attend adult entertainment event in all of Latin America and there is no other event like it in the region.”

With a focus on companies from Central and South America, attendees can reach industry professionals who may not attend U.S. and Europe shows.

Early purchase discounts are available, with 50 percent off admission and 10 percent off sponsorships before December 31.
