New Lapdance App Set to Launch

LOS ANGELES — Really Great Digital, in conjunction with web entertainment company Expanded Productions, is set to launch the Buy Your Friend a Lapdance app in Spring 2013.

“Virtual gift carding is big business,” RGD’s CEO Mari Florence said. “And now clubs can tease more dollars from customers by selling dances 24/7, whether they’re at home, at work, or halfway around the world.”

Consumers can give and receive virtual dances and will be able to collect lap dances in their virtual wallet, and cash them in whenever they want.

“With an interface that provides digital gift card delivery via our mobile app, while also seamlessly integrating with clubs’ POS systems, it’s instant delivery to the consumer. Clubs enjoy the upfront cash within 72 hours of the transaction,” said Skye Herzog, CEO of Expanded Productions.

The companies said the app will appeal to clubs’ loyal customers, as well as travelers, tourists, techies, and the lucky card recipients — specifically targeting the Maxim audience.

“With apps, local businesses are suddenly major players on the world stage,” Florence said. “Everything else is gifted, why not lapdances?”

The Buy Your Friend a Lapdance app will be free for consumers to download and will supports Android devices only. The Lapdance app will also be available to customers on all touch devices, including iPhone and iPad. Limited premium advertising placement available in each city.
