Creator and Sexual Wellness Brand Marketplace Platform 'Teasr' Launches

LOS ANGELES — Teasr, an online marketplace for creators and sexual wellness brands that focuses on live-selling and video product demonstrations, has officially launched.

Developed by the team behind sexual wellness platform Spicerack Market, the platform was created to fill a gap left by mainstream sales platforms that don't allow sex-related products to be sold, said a rep.

"While social commerce continues to expand, sexual wellness businesses are largely excluded from many of the platforms driving that growth," the rep continued. "Brands in this category often cannot sell through TikTok Shop, Instagram Shops, Whatnot, and other mainstream channels. They also face limitations on product tagging, livestream demonstrations, creator partnerships, advertising, and direct monetization."

The platform allows users to host interactive live shopping shows; publish shoppable short-form videos; build branded and creator-curated storefronts; facilitate product launches, auctions, and limited-time promotions; and participate in affiliate and commission-based partnerships.

“We officially launched Teasr at the Stimulate show and received an enthusiastic response from brands and creators looking for a place where they can demonstrate products, educate consumers, build community, and drive sales without the restrictions they encounter elsewhere," the rep added.
