LOS ANGELES — Wicked Pictures has unveiled "The Rocki Whore Picture Show: A Hardcore Parody," the anticipated new spoof from director Brad Armstrong that takes on a Hollywood cult classic.
Armstrong gives a Wicked take on the adventures of Brad and Janet as they come across a spooky castle full of strange and unusual characters, only to find themselves right in the middle of a porn shoot. Singing, dancing and wild sexual situations ensue as Wicked pays homage to the already risque original.
While the names have been changed to protect the "not so innocent," all the classic characters are represented and then some. Frank-N-Beans is the cross dressing director; Stiff-Staff is the hunchbacked camera man; Vagina and Euphoria are two fabulously fun porn starlets; and there's also the cosmetically enhanced, blonde beauty, Rocki.
The two-disc set is encased in a gatefold sleeve package and includes numerous bonus features such as The Making Of, Auditions, Makeup Magic, Table Read, Bloopers, Wardrobe, Fan Convention, Interviews and three additional sex scenes from different Wicked movies.
As part of the DVD's roll-out, Wicked has created a limited-edition, point-of-purchase display for retailers.
Bonnie Kail, Wicked's VP of domestic sales, said, "I've never seen so much interest in a single title in my life. The amount of support we're seeing from the fanbase is incredible."
