PimpRoll.com Launches Embeddable Video Section

CYBERSPACE — PimpRoll has introduced embeddable videos for its affiliates to promote the network’s sites.

“Adding to our industry-leading arsenal of promo tools, this embeddable video section gives affiliates the ability to create free hosted clips of videos that they want to promote,” PimpRoll’s Don said. “With embedded videos quickly usurping galleries and thumbnails in their importance as traffic generators, this is a great feature to offer affiliates.”

The videos can be generated from content on PimpRoll and Porn.com exclusive sites, as well as DVD titles. The clips are available in three sizes: 240 x 200, 400 x 320 and 720 x 560.

PimpRoll also introduced its new Flash “Flow Player” that features post-roll advertisements — linkable ads that run after the video has played.

“This gives affiliates the chance to hard sell the user in the final frame with a special offer,” Don said. “Post roll ads are a less disruptive way of getting your message or brand across than ad overlays, but still let you drive home the sales pitch. We expect higher clickthrough rates with these types of videos than one might get with clips branded simply with watermarks.”

Affiliates can find the embeddable video tool section in the Promo Center of their account.

PimpRoll recently launched BrotherUndercover.com — a racially charged, politically incorrect yet humorous site — with upped payouts of $50 PPS.

The company also poked fun at the bailout request made by adult industry leaders Larry Flynt and Joe Francis with the launch of PornBailout.com, which also is offering its affiliates upped payouts of up to $60.

“Instead of waiting for Washington, we have taken it upon ourselves to offer webmasters an economic stimulus package,” PimpRoll Owner PR_Dave said.

PimpRoll offers webmasters more than 400 premium sites with exclusive content in its affiliate program.
