Fetish Con is holding its annual convention for members of the fetish and bondage community at Tampa from Sept. 23-6. This is the fourth trade show organized by Vesta of BondageDivas.com and Genesis Lynn of MaidensinMayhem.com, who started holding fetish-oriented conventions in 2001 in Queens, N.Y.
