U.K. Novelty Manufacturer Rocks-Off Opens U.S. Office

STUDIO CITY, Calif. — U.K.-based novelty manufacturer Rocks-Off Ltd. has established a U.S. office in Studio City, Calif., and named Leslie Shwartzer as U.S. director of sales and marketing. Shwartzer began her career with the adult industry in 1999 and worked at distributor Holiday Products for the past four years.

"Rocks-Off is a really well-known name in the U.K. and all across Europe," Shwartzer told XBIZ. "There are some fantastic people at Rocks-Off and they're just learning about the U.S. market. To have somebody here that understands the U.S. market, that's a great opportunity for us to just explode. We have good-quality products and we're looking forward to it."

Rocks-Off launched into the adult market with the introduction of the Rock-Chick vibrator five years ago. The company's products focus on innovative design, strong branding and use of quality materials, including medical-grade silicone and a new biodegradable medical-grade thermoplastic called Intramed.

Sandra Elliot, co-founder of Rocks-Off, said, “We are delighted to have Leslie on the Rocks-Off Team. We look forward to Rocks-Off becoming as well known in the U.S. market as we are here in Europe and are sure that she can help us to achieve those goals.”

Plans call for Rocks-Off to establish a U.S. warehouse by the end of year.

For product and sales information, call Rocks-Off USA at (888) 391-6777 or email leslie@rocks-off.us.
