zBUCKz Announces Company Restructure

LONDON — Panorama Pacific Ltd., the parent company of the zBUCKz affiliate program, has announced a company restructure.

CFO Daniel Kaufman, also known as Danny Z, has assumed control and sole ownership of Panorama Pacific Ltd. and all its subsidiaries. Longtime business partner — and former CEO — Craig Jackson sold his stake in the company to Kaufman for an undisclosed amount.

"CJ and I made the joint and amicable decision it was time for us to move in separate directions," Kaufman said. "During our five years of successful operations, CJ and I have evolved, leaving both of us yearning for independent paths. I, of course, wish CJ the very best of success as he pursues his new goals. My plans are to expand on the successful business model CJ and I built, while venturing into new territories within the industry."

Kaufman reaffirmed the company's dedication to providing top quality products and service to its customers, and stressed that zBUCKz will continue to deliver support and tools for affiliates wishing to promote the company's suite of adult entertainment venues.
