The service offers structured plans, with a defined number of production hours per month, ranging from basic support to full access to specialists. According to a rep, subscribers' tasks are prioritized over non-subscription tasks.
“This subscription model was introduced as an additional flexible option alongside our project-based and dedicated team formats,” the rep said. “Clients get transparent monthly pricing with no long-term commitments, while subscription tasks receive priority in our workflow and can be reprioritized within the plan as their product needs evolve.”
