Hosted by Ron Jeremy and coordinated by Pipedream Products COO Nick Orlandino, the first annual No Limit Texas Hold’em Tournament will take place Tuesday, July 19, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Hilton Pasadena.
Jeremy will be joined by Sean Michaels, Rita Faltoyano, Jacklyn Lick, Shy Love and, according to Orlandino, “at least 40 more adult celebrities” for the event, which is co-sponsored by Red Light District, Playgirl, Paradise Marketing and Legend Video.
Orlandino expects the event to draw 400 people, and said that prizes will be along the lines of gift certificates and trophies due to California’s gambling laws.
The Expo combines two trade shows this year, the ANME and the Adult Novelty Expo. Sources familiar with the novelty industry said that this will be ANME’s final year, with AVN incorporating the ANME into ANE next year. Due to the restrictions of an ongoing lawsuit, Orlandino could not comment on the fate of the ANME.
Orlandino founded the Adult Celebrity Golf Tournament that is now a Free Speech Coalition fundraiser several years ago, and said that most of the proceeds of the poker tournament will be donated to Protecting Adult Welfare.
“I like starting things,” Orlandino told XBiz, “especially fundraisers.”
