According to Brad Eells, vice president and general manager for LFP Internet Group LLC, HustlerShare.com "enables affiliates to promote our program through the increasingly popular format of a tube site."
Similar in concept to an in-house movie gallery post (MGP), HustlerShare offers short-length video clips and select photos from the Hustler.com member’s area, in hopes that viewers will sign-up to see the full-length movie – a move which the company feels will improve trial conversions.
"HustlerShare.com features only high quality, fully documented videos watermarked with our brand names," Eells said. "These can be distributed easily via state of the art viral tools common to most tube sites, including direct linking, embedding and mass distribution via RSS feeds."
Unlike many tube sites, HustlerShare.com does not allow for user submissions; instead relying on the extensive Hustler library for the site’s content, which the company hosts.
Users will find performer blogs, a forum and niche-specific content channels – as well as the promise of a fuller feature set as the site evolves.
The new site’s architecture benefits affiliates by carefully monitoring the source of referred traffic. According to the company, “HustlerShare passes affiliate linking codes throughout all areas of the site, including embeddable video code, ‘send to a friend’ links, join links inside the flash player, RSS video and photo feeds, as well as passing the webmaster referral ID for all webmaster referrals to be credited to the affiliate.”
"Once traffic links back to HustlerShare.com, there are many hooks into our paysites," Eells said. "You could say it’s a stab at leveraging our brands to monetize difficult-to-convert tube traffic.”
HustlerShare.com offers weekly updates, featuring three new two-minute video clips. Membership is free to users in exchange for a valid email address.
