Free Speech Coalition Names New Board Members

LAS VEGAS – The Free Speech Coalition named six new 2005 board of directors on the tail end of this year's Internext, with only one new member and five incumbents reelected.

New members for the two-year board seats include nominee Jerry Westland, an adult club owner and Association of Club Executives liaison, and reelected members Nick Boyias, CEO of Marina Pacific; First Amendment Attorney Jeffrey J. Douglas; adult producer/distributor Mara Epstein; AVN Senior Editor Mark Kernes; and First Amendment Attorney Reed Lee.

The new board members were chosen from 11 nominees that included adult star Brittany Andrews, New Destiny Internet Group CEO Spike Goldberg, Sex.com owner Gary Kremen and Cybersocket Inc. co-owner Morgan Sommer.

The new board will attend a retreat at the end of January to complete the FSC's Strategic Plan for 2005.
