LOS ANGELES — The Free Speech Coalition (FSC) will honor board chair Jeffrey Douglas for his 30 years of service to the industry at an event on June 27.
The organization is inviting all members and supporters to the "intimate and exclusive evening," FSC announced.
"The event promises to be an inspiring evening featuring guest speakers, a cocktail reception, and dinner on the stunning rooftop of the Kimpton Everly Hotel in Hollywood," the announcement continues. "More importantly, it is an opportunity to show appreciation for a man who has dedicated over three decades of his life and efforts to defending our right to sexual expression."
In addition, FSC has created a scholarship in Douglas' name to "support the next generation of attorneys defending the freedoms enshrined in the First Amendment and the rights of those most vulnerable to censorship."
