ASACP Hires First Membership Coordinator

Los Angeles, CA – ASACP is an organization helping the adult site industry make a difference in the battle against child pornography. In the last 1 ½ year, ASACP has grown from a volunteer-based organization to one with an Advisory Council, Sponsors, Approved Members, an Executive Director, volunteer CTO and a Compliance Manager/Site Reviewer. The launch of its new Compliance system (“How Clean Is Your Traffic”) has focused more attention on its Approved Member program; therefore, ASACP hired its first Membership Coordinator to properly manage this program and service its members. Gracie (gracie@asacp.org) worked for the College of Law at Arizona State University and cultural diversity organizations at Pittsburg State University. She organized events which addressed such sensitive issues as ethnicity, racism, sexual preference and other social awareness issues. She volunteered as a group leader at a mental health program for sexually and emotionally abused children. Her concern for people and experience will help ASACP as it moves forward on its mission: to protect the children. Over 4700 sites that are taking a stand against child pornography proudly display the ASACP logo. If you are interested in learning more about ASACP or helping in the fight against child pornography, please view the ASACP site (www.asacp.org) or email membership@asacp.org.
