Wicked Sensual Care Spotlights Adultmart's Ariel Searcy

LOS ANGELES — Wicked Sensual Care (WSC) has highlighted Ariel Searcy of Adultmart in Monroeville, Pennsylvania for its latest "Retail Employee Spotlight."

Each month, a new "superstar" in the pleasure products industry is interviewed for the WSC newsletter.

Searcy enthused over how she got her start at the company.

“In 2017, I was working at a mall chain store when an employee from an Adultmart location stopped in to shop,” she revealed. “We got to talking about work and how we liked our jobs, when she mentioned her work was looking to hire positive and outgoing associates. The day I stopped at her Adultmart location and filled out the paperwork, I met the general manager, talked about my retail and management experience, and how I loved working with people. The GM looked at me and said ‘I’ve already decided I want you on my team. Your personality is out of this world.'"

Initially hired as a sales associate, Searcy was quickly promoted to a general manager position at the Monroeville location. “ I hit the ground running and it’s been a whirlwind of wonderful developments and growth ever since. This store is my everything — I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else.”

Wicked Sensual Care Director of Sales Jennifer Brice praised Searcy's methods.

“Ariel knows the importance of bringing professionalism and friendliness to every interaction,” she said. “Ariel excels at asking the right questions, paying attention to what other people are saying, and responding in affirmative ways. She’s a friendly and positive communicator with a natural gift for team leadership.”

A potential "retail superstar" may be nominated by sending their name, store name, location/city, store social media handles and a brief paragraph — a photograph is optional — about why they deserve to be a superstar to team@wickedsensualcare.com. Superstars may also self-nominate.
