We-Vibe 'Melt' Now in New Color With Travel Lock Feature

NEW YORK — We-Vibe has announced its Melt couples vibrator is now available in Midnight Blue and includes a travel lock feature.

"Featuring patented Pleasure Air Technology and remote control capabilities via the We-Connect mobile app, Melt is already a favorite in the We-Vibe portfolio," a rep enthused. "Now the toy has been created in a new color, with a new feature, ensuring it can be taken anywhere."

The rep explained "2021 has been a big year for the color blue."

"Scientists discovered a new shade earlier this year and blue topped a study of paint color hashtags as the most popular color on Instagram," they continued. "Another We-Vibe toy, the Tango X, was released in Midnight Blue earlier this year and achieved massive sales, signifying the color as a We-Vibe fan favorite and prompting the team to release the same for the Melt."

The Melt includes 12 intensity levels with a whisper-quiet operation; the toy is waterproof at IPX 7 and made from extra-soft and body-safe silicone without phthalates, BPA or latex.

"We recently conducted a survey that found that 88% of people said they prefer or need additional clitoral stimulation to reach orgasm during penetrative sex with a partner," We-Vibe Head of Sexual Empowerment Johanna Rief said. "We want everyone to feel pleasure and reach their own climax during sex, so we’ve developed our toys to help in those situations. Vulva owners can take control of their own pleasure and reach a powerful orgasm during penetration with a partner."
