Stripchat Launches 'Double Payouts' Program

LOS ANGELES — Cam platform Stripchat has announced it will offer a double-payouts program to adult stars who stream from Stripchat as part of the company’s effort to assist performers who face financial challenges from the COVID 19-related work stoppage.

The Stripchat Doubles program applies to both new and existing performers who are listed in the “porn stars” section on xHamster.

Stripchat will give double payouts up to the first $5,000 earned by a performer on its platform until May 5. If the program is successful, Stripchat’s VP of New Media Max Bennet said the platform is open to extending or expanding it.

“We know that many studio performers have been curious about camming, and we wanted to make it easier for them to make money on it,” Bennet explained. “We’ve released several initiatives — from double payouts to new member bonuses, for those in the 'porn stars' category — designed to boost them financially.”

Performers with a significant following “have better opportunities to make a lot of money in a short period of time, even if they haven’t been successful at camming in the past,” Bennet added. “Cams are a different medium, for sure, so we’ve made it as easy as possible for them.”

Stripchat is also providing new fans to the site with 320 free tokens — enough for a private session with their favorite performer.

“Performers who haven’t cammed before,” said a rep, “have the potential to generate immediate income with fans eager to ‘meet’ them in private.”

Performers who wish to take advantage of the program will need to contact Stripchat directly at pornstar@stripchat.com in order to have their account verified and tracked. Verification information is available here.
