Williams Trading Remains Open for Business Amidst Coronavirus Outbreak

PENNSAUKEN, N.J. — Williams Trading has issued a statement to customers and vendors regarding measures being taken on a company-wide level during the coronavirus outbreak.

As per the statement, Williams Trading will remain open for business. Customers are encouraged to submit orders early to avoid delays in shipping.

William Trading reps further outlined a set of operational procedures, which include: enhanced deep cleaning of office areas through deep cleaning regimens for all pickers and packers with extensive sanitizing procedures; the suspension of all business travel for the next 30 days; increased weeks-on-hand to offset out of stock delays; and the production of more Williams Trading University e-learning module on efficient in-store deep cleaning procedures, with additional CDC and EPA reference guides.

Sales reps will also remain available to provide product recommendations and to assist with order fulfillment as needed.

"We appreciate your patience with this matter as we all work together for a safe resolution," the statement reads. "The overall health of our employees, customers and vendor families are at the forefront of our minds at this time."
