OAKLAND, Calif. — Trouble Films has released the latest title from queer porn filmmaker Chelsea Poe, a gonzo-style flick "XOXOX," starring Xoe Nova, Courtney Trouble, Jane Way, Praline Manon, Mahx Capacity and Poe herself.
Billed by Poe as “a new kind of queer porn film," the title takes an art house approach, incorporating trippy visuals and GoPro wide shots with bright overlays to create a visually lush, layered mise-en-scène. Additionally, a scintillating electro track composed by Aussie pop artist KT Spit drives the 42-minute long "XOXOX" to its explosive climax.
In the opening scene, Trouble and Nova hook up with the buzzing Las Vegas strip juxtaposed against the buzz of their Hitachi wand. Praline and Capacity follow up with an impact scene with Berlin and San Francisco underscoring the drama. Finally, Poe tops Way with a strap-on in a posh hotel in the film's finale.
As reps note, creative lighting and abstract color schemes decorate hot, queer hook ups in "XOXO" for an experience that “hopefully provides an entertaining watch," mused Trouble, who also served as co-editor on the project. Reps further highlighted the decision to utilize location-based visuals, explaining their efficacy in setting the scene "for each strap-on thrust, kiss and Hitachi-fueled orgasm."

Additionally, Trouble Films also released Courtney Trouble's showcase, "Diaries of a Queer Porn Star," which features the star in several experimental vignettes tied together with longer, hardcore material.
Part confession, part reality and part porno, the title intersperses voiceover diary entries from Trouble's escapades with erotic scenes, presenting a unique version of a star showcase.
“I have to admit, this film shows a bratty, playful dominant side of me," said Trouble. "It’s technically the sequel to 'Courtney Trouble Fan Club,' with a fistful of my favorite selfie scenes but i would say it’s gone further than ever before in explicitness and eroticism. It was intense to make and I hope it’s rewarding to watch."
Also starring Chelsea Poe, Lotus Lain, Lila Lovely, Miss LingLing, Mischievous Kitty, AJ the IT Guy and B Nefarious, "Diaries of a Queer Porn Star" opens with POV behind-the-scenes shoot with Miss LingLing and Mischievous Kitty, followed by a "sweet" cameo in which Lain feeds Trouble cookies in bed. Chelsea Poe joins Trouble in face-fucking B Nefarious with strap-ons before a grand finale where Trouble and Miss LingLing take on a cis male performer for a super-hot threesome.
