East Coast News Leaders Garner XBIZ Exec Awards Nominations

LOS ANGELES — East Coast News recently was honored with a number of 2019 XBIZ Exec Awards nominations.

ECN CEO Frank Koretsky was nominated Chief Executive of the Year, while Lynda Mort, the company’s vice president of sales and marketing, was nominated for the media giant’s Senior Leadership Award.

Industry members may vote for their favorite candidates at XBIZ.net.

The awards, to be presented on Tuesday, Jan. 15, at the Andaz Hotel in West Hollywood, Calif., during the 2019 XBIZ Show, celebrate talented executives who pour their hearts and souls into their work, propelling their brands to new heights of success.

“I would like to thank XBIZ, its staff and our team for this outstanding nomination and for recognizing Lynda and her amazing leadership skills,” Koretsky said. “East Coast News has been at the forefront of retail, manufacturing and product innovation with our partners which include the biggest and most forward-thinking brands today. A philanthropist, visionary and successful entrepreneur, Koretsky established ECN in 1985 as a distributor of adult products and novelties, ultimately building it into the nation’s largest distributor of adult merchandise. Today, it is one of the industry’s only full line, full service distributors featuring all the top brands from the U.S. and around the world.

Mort has been a pivotal figure in the company’s recent growth that has resulted in distribution deals with a number of unique and innovative brands that has led to increased sales and greater name recognition for these brands and products.
