iWantEmpire's Phillips Talks Crypto, VR With Medium.com

LOS ANGELES — iWantEmpire co-founder and President Jay Phillips recently revealed the company’s move into virtual reality through its partnership with adult VR platform vrXcity in an interview published on Medium.com.

In the interview, Phillips also announced that iWantEmpire will begin accepting redBUX cryptocurrency.

“I am excited to share with Medium and its eclectic readership the latest about our eventual expansion into VR technology,” Phillips said. “Medium and its wide-ranging reader base is the perfect platform for iWantEmpire to reach an upscale and diverse audience that is very interested in the growth and applications of new technologies and new media.”

The article, available here, focused on the growth of iWantEmpire and its unique business model.

“As an innovator of disruptive technology, I have had a lot of VR concepts proposed to me over the past couple of years and nothing has stood out as the next big thing until demoing the vrXcity,” Phillips explained. “I am both excited and amazed at the quality of their technology and the experience it provides to consumers.”

“vrXcity is going to be a game changer for consumers and artists alike,” Phillips added. “iWantEmpire is proud to be in partnership with such a truly amazing technology and product.”

The article went on to discuss iWantEmpire’s position on redBUX cryptocurrency.

“Starting right after release in May, 2018,” Phillips concluded, “iWantEmpire will join the vrXcity ecosystem by accepting the redBUX as the only cryptocurrency on [its] sites and services to accommodate subscribers’ wish to remain truly anonymous when enjoying [these] services.”
