All Adult Channel Offers Exclusive 'Burning Tuesdays'

MARINA DEL REY, Calif. — Video-on-demand provider All Adult Channel has launched Burning Tuesdays, offering users a new exclusive download-to-burn title each week.

"No other VOD site will have it," Lawrence Novitch, director of marketing and merchandising for All Adult Channel, told XBIZ.

The program kicks off today with Elegant Angel's "Big Wet Asses! 11," starring Julia Bond and Michael Stefano. A new Elegant Angel title will be available to burn every Tuesday with bonus content, such as behind-the-scenes content, trailers and photo galleries.

"We firmly believe that download-to-burn will transform the way porn consumers watch their movies in the coming years," Elegant Angel General Manager Graham Travis said. "From our experience, customers love the accessibility of downloading their movies over the Internet, but many still like to have a DVD they can own and view at their leisure."

Novitch said that as soon as each title slated for download-to-burn hits stores, it will hit All Adult Channel. He also said the company is in talks with several studios, including Devil's Films, to offer their content on its exclusive burn service.

"The goal is to drive traffic to the site every Tuesday," Novitch said. He said the company is still ironing out plans for the future, and haven't yet decided whether to make each day of the week an exclusive burn day, or to offer them all on Tuesday.

"We're mimicking mainstream," he said, adding that mainstream DVD titles usually hit stores on Tuesdays.

The next title available on download-to-burn will be Elegant Angel's "Sugarwalls, Black Tales Vol. 3."
