Grand Slam Media, TrafficPartner Join Forces

TORONTO — Traffic heavyweights Grand Slam Media and TrafficPartner.com announced today that the companies have agreed to merge operations and “form a conglomerate of extensive proportions.”

The companies said the deal will focus on allowing the companies to strengthen European sales using Grand Slam Media’s Adnium and AdRewards proprietary platforms.

“Both parties are positive that this cooperation will give Grand Slam Media global reach,” Michael Reul, CEO TrafficPartner.com, told XBIZ. “Combined with TrafficPartner.com's experience and reputation, the agreement allows for a profitable perspective in the partnership.”

Reul said that TrafficPartner, through its investment vehicle AdultVentures.com, looks for investments and partnerships to create new synergies on a global scale and deliver benefits to our partners.

Luke Hazlewood, CEO and main shareholder of Grand Slam Media, said that his traffic company has been in the advertising network business for 10 years and “has grown a sustainable business.”

“Together we will focus on exciting projects,” Reul said. “Naturally, we will only do so after our mandatory ‘AdultGarten’ party.”

Additional information about the partnership will be revealed soon in an exclusive and in-depth video interview with Reul and Hazlewood.

The CEOs will be answering questions and show off a handshake to formalize the deal.

“Stay tuned for our exciting interview in the upcoming week," Reul said. "An outstanding deal deserves an outstanding reveal."
