xHamster Throws Hat in Ring in Support of Planned Parenthood

WASHINGTON — Officials from adult tube site giant xHamster today said that visitors to the site now will be greeted with information about how to help support Planned Parenthood, which is in the process of being defunded.

President Trump yesterday signed legislation that rolled back an Obama-era rule protecting certain federal funds for Planned Parenthood and other organizations that provide legal abortions.

xHamster officials today said Trump’s action signals an immediate threat to American’s health and well-being.

As a result, visitors to xHamster now receive a message encouraging them to support the embattled organization through direct donations with the message: “If you’re enjoying the videos on xHamster, support the health and safety of women and others who make them. Porn stars and amateurs alike depend on increased reproductive rights, access to birth control and low-cost STI screenings, and non-judgmental sexual health education.

“Planned Parenthood is the largest provider of such services in the U.S., and it is crucial for the health of our community. Unfortunately, many are calling for the organization to be defunded. We ask that you stand with us by standing with them. Support sexual health in America! Support Planned Parenthood,” the message said.
