LOS ANGELES — Payserve today announced it has acquired webcam platforms ChatGF.com and TubeCamGirl.com.
Payserve CEO Roald Riepen said the acquisition was made to improve the overall reach and market share of its existing cam products. Terms of the deal weren’t revealed.
“2016 is the year of the takeovers for us at Payserve,” Riepen said. “[It has been] a very intensive but most of all interesting time. And we are not done yet.
“We are still shopping and working on new projects and partnerships; for us, this is the best ways to expand business these days.”
Payserve’s purchase follows other acquisitions this year, including cam site SecretFriends.com, BDSM network Submissed.com and online dating platform AdultDateLink.com.
Affiliates can now promote the new platforms through Payserve.com.
