Danica Dillon Sues Reality TV Star Josh Duggar

PHILADELPHIA — Adult film star and feature dancer Danica Dillon has filed suit against suing Josh Duggar, claiming the reality TV star assaulted her on at least two occasions when consensual sex turned rough.

Dillon is suing Duggar for physical and intentional infliction of emotional damage following both alleged sexual encounters that occurred in March and April.

Duggar is known for his appearances on “19 Kids and Counting,” which focuses on the life of the Duggar family.

In May he resigned his position at the Family Research Council, after it had become public that, when he was 14 and 15 years old, he molested five girls, including four of his sisters

Duggar is said to have approached Dillon at a gentlemens club in March, where she claims he paid around $600 for lap dances.

Dillion then said he invited her to his hotel room, and she agreed to have sex with him for $1,500, according to court documents

“Plaintiff felt as if she were being raped by the defendant,” the documents read.

“Plaintiff is currently being treated for severe anxiety similar to PTSD by a psychiatrist due to defendant’s violent and outrageous conduct. Further, plaintiff has been unable to work in her chosen field as a direct consequence of defendant’s actions.”

Dillon is seeking damages in excess of $500,000.
