LAS VEGAS — BBWcon 2015 announced today that the show and its first annual Biggie Awards will take place July 10-12 at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino (formerly the Las Vegas Hilton) in Las Vegas.
The organizers said the event was founded by BBW models for BBW models, and is an all-inclusive convention that will feature seminars, B2B networking opportunities, the Biggie Awards, and parties that celebrate plus-size adult performers, fetish models and webcam performers.
Although specifically targeted at the BBW adult industry and fans, the event is also accepting all body types. Seminars will include face-sitting, exploring sexual freedoms, and becoming a successful web model/cam performer and/or porn starlet.
Top BBW adult entertainers including Lexi Luxxxe, Sashaa Juggs, Cotton Candi, Erika Xstacy and Eliza Allure will be on hand.
“Women need to always remember that ‘you are beautiful,’” spokesmodel Julia Sands said. “You might not always see it, but BBWcon does. This event will help awaken you to realize that you cannot weigh beauty. There is an entire world of men out there that love a sexy BBW and BBWcon will be overflowing with them. This is definitely an event that is for BBW’s and their admirers alike.”
The Biggie Awards is set for July 11. Nominees are chosen by fans who can submit their nominations by visiting the Biggie Awards website. Categories include Cam Girl of the Year, Fetish Performer of the Year, Best Cam Site of the Year, BBW of the Year, Best Belly of the Year, Best Boobs of the Year and Best Butt of the Year. Nominations will close May 1 at midnight PDT.
The organizers noted that attendees who have already booked and paid for their rooms at the previously scheduled Riviera Hotel, will be transferred seamlessly over to the Westgate Las Vegas so there is no need to worry about payment to the Riviera. For those wishing to attend, the Westgate will soon announce a reservation code for discounted room rates during BBWcon.
