Doc Johnson Wins 2 Adultex Awards

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Doc Johnson announced today that it took home two awards at the 2014 Adultex show, including Manufacturer of the Year and Best Selling Pleasure Product Range for the “iVibe Select” line of products.

The show was held on April 12 at Jupiter’s Casino in Queensland, Australia. The annual event celebrates outstanding achievements by members of the pleasure product community and is described as “the largest gathering of adult industry manufacturers and retailers in the Southern Hemisphere.”

"I speak for all of us at Doc Johnson when I say that we’re exceptionally honored to receive this esteemed level of recognition,” said Chad Braverman, Doc Johnson COO.

He added, “I hope these awards shine a light on the extraordinary results we have achieved while keeping the great majority of our products manufactured in the United States — something that has been a dream and a source of inspiration for us since our establishment in 1976.”

The winners of this year’s Awards were announced at Jupiter’s Casino during Doc Johnson’s American Icons party where attendees dressed as their favorite American icons.

“The American Icons event was a huge success,” said Scott Watkins, Doc Johnson’s vice president of sales and marketing. “People were incredibly enthusiastic about their costumes, and the atmosphere was celebratory throughout the night. We’d like to thank the manufacturers and retailers who supported the event, and, of course, we’d like to give a special thanks to Michael Bassett and his team from Calvista for making all of this possible.”
