Paradise Marketing Announces Streamlined Staff Arrangement

VISTA, Calif. — Paradise Marketing announced today major transitions within the company’s organization, with new positions and promotions made to restructure the staffing arrangement.

Andrew Adams  has been named national sales manager and Wayne Decker has taken the role of chief operating officer.

Adams, an 11-year staff member with a reported “intuitive understanding of the Paradise Marketing brand family,” will take over the national sales manager position most recently held by Terry McGowen, who decided to embark on a new venture outside of the adult industry.

Adams first started in the warehouse handling orders from condom, lubricant and personal health brands from around the country. He mastered the operational aspects and cultivated a knack for product education, merchandising and superior customer service.

“Terry leaves Paradise Marketing with our respect, friendship and best wishes on his new project, and we are proud to have Andrew step up into this important role,” Paradise Marketing CEO Dennis Paradise said. “Andrew has an innate knowledge of our product lines and our customers’ needs — he has been groomed to take on the responsibilities of this key role and he steps into this position with all of my confidence. His integrity, enthusiasm and affability already have touched many of our customers and we look forward to having him at the upcoming ILS and ANME Founders shows for anyone who has not yet had the opportunity to make his acquaintance.”

Decker assumes the role of COO after 21 years of service and execution. All departments now report directly to him as he assumes operations control over the warehouse, customer relations and sales management, a release stated.

“Wayne has exhibited a knowledge and understanding of the business for many years and assumes this new role with great talent and preparation,” Paradise said. “He understands all aspects of the company, including the different channels of marketing and product sales, as well as our customers and customer relations. And most importantly, Wayne has consistently proven his expertise and forward-thinking in helping the company grow to its current stature.”
