Lovehoney Group, Svakom Sign Licensing Agreement for Technology Exchange

BERLIN — Lovehoney Group and Svakom have entered into a licensing agreement to exchange intellectual property.

According to a rep, Svakom will integrate Lovehoney’s patented Pleasure Air Technology into a range of suction-based stimulators, and Lovehoney will gain access to Svakom’s KooSync platform for use with its Arcwave brand products.

“We are delighted that Svakom values our innovations, and we look forward to a constructive cooperation that promotes creativity and growth across the sexual wellness industry,” said Lovehoney CEO Johannes von Plettenberg. “We are equally excited about gaining access to their KooSync app, which will support our connected-product ecosystem and help us deliver enhanced digital experiences for our customers.”

Added Svakom CEO David Yu, “We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with Lovehoney Group and to bring exciting new products to consumers while fully respecting the intellectual property that underpins them. We believe interactive connection represents the future of intimate wellness, and we're proud that Lovehoney recognizes the value of our software technology as we work together to shape the next generation of connected pleasure.”
