TwistysCash Names Reid ‘Treat of the Month’

NASSAU, Bahamas — Adult webmaster affiliate program TwistysCash has named Amy Reid its “Treat of the Month” for August.

The affiliate program launched the “Treat of the Month” promotion in 2005 to give members of its Twistys.com site an in-depth look at a specific model, according to Twistys owner Shap.

“Our past two Treats — Jaime Hammer and Crystal Klein — have done phenomenally well and we are looking to build on that momentum,” Shap said.

According to Shap, Reid was to be named a treat of the month later in the year. However, her decision to retire from the adult entertainment business prompted him to adjust his schedule.

“We were planning to feature Amy as a Twistys Treat later in the year but two weeks ago I received a phone call informing me that Amy had decided to leave the adult industry,” Shap said. “At that point, we decided it would be in our affiliates best interest if we were to move Amy up and make her the August Treat of the Month. Amy’s popularity has been skyrocketing in 2006, it’s as high as it’s ever been. Bumping her up to this month’s Treat gives our affiliates a chance to really cash in by promoting Amy at her peak.”

According to Shap, the Treat of the Month program has allowed webmasters to capitalize on strong numbers that point to the growing popularity of the featured models.

“While I haven’t been privy to seeing their backend numbers, I have heard that sales and traffic to the last few Treats more than doubled the month we featured them,” Shap said. “Not only that, but their popularity skyrocketed. In Jaime Hammer’s case, her searches in both Overture and Google more than doubled the month we featured her. We are very proud of that.”
