Ifluxx.com Adds Hot Desert Knights

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. — IFluxx is still in beta testing, according to its website, but The Netherlands-based streaming video service already has added several content providers to its lineup in anticipation of full launch.

Gay adult studio Hot Desert Knights (HDK) is the newest studio signed to iFluxx, joining German fetish company Marquis, among others.

IFluxx reports that HDK has sent 70 titles, which iFluxx is now encoding for use on its online player. Several months ago, HDK announced an exclusive European distribution deal with The Netherlands-based Dusedo, M.O.I. for its DVD product.

IFluxx team has put the call out to other webmasters and producers of all adult genres to offer their content as part of the site’s pay-per-second video-on-demand service. Content providers can submit content through DVD, VHS, Mini DV, DV-Cam and 8 mm.

IFluxx uses the Quicktime 7 platform. Individual companies can brand the video player with their own logo.

Content providers receive 50 percent of gross income, minus European sales tax (if applicable), for every second that titles are streamed. Payments are made via check or bank transfer, and contracts are non exclusive.

While iFluxx will require age verification and is intended only for adults, the site also will offer independent films, documentaries, music, comedy and sports footage.
