MiKandi Wins 1st Place at XBIZ LA '3-Minute Showcase'

SEATTLE — Adult app market MiKandi has announced that it was the first place winner at the recent XBIZ LA “3-Minute Show Off” event.

The session is geared towards presenting the newest and most interesting companies in the adult space.

MiKandi shared its new developments in the application space, the trends in its large and active user base and gave a sneak peek at what’s coming next.

The company highlighted its vision for the consumption of adult content in the coming years, and pointed out that billions of consumers will connect to the Internet through their smartphones using applications.

“We’re very honored to have the opportunity to present to our industry peers and gain recognition for the company and our partners,” said Jesse Adams, MiKandi co-founder and President, who gave the presentation.

Adams added, “With over 3,000 developers and dozens of adult studios involved already, the MiKandi team is excited about its ability to meaningfully connect adult-oriented businesses with the consumers who crave their content and applications. The show-off was just taste of what’s to come. Expect a big announcement soon.“

In conjunction with the XBIZ event, MiKandi was also nominated for the Mobile Services Company of the year, recognizing the leadership the company has provided as consumers embrace mobile devices.
