CamContacts, Private Media Announce Partnership Deal

BARCELONA — CamContacts is providing its live cam network and technical expertise to Private Media’s new web and mobile site Private1on1.com, the company announced today.

The company said the mobile site bypasses the requirement for using an app with browser-direct access to the site.

Both offerings will use CamContact's proprietary technology to enable live video chat to women and men from more than 170 countries.

Use of pay as you go and pre-paid billing options are both available on the new sites.

A CamContacts senior spokesperson said, "Private Media Group and CamContacts both share a very similar philosophy with regard to technology and pushing boundaries. We’re very happy to have secured this deal as it presents the beginning of what we expect to be an ongoing relationship. Mobile and the Internet is the way forward, and CamContacts is already ahead of the curve."

Private Media CEO Berth Milton commented, “Our partnership with CamContacts represents an exciting step forward into the future of further diversification of Private’s rapidly expanding digital media strategy. Live content is one of the fastest growing segments in the industry.”

He added, “Leveraging Private’s industry leadership in technology and global brand recognition, we expect this to significantly add to our continued success of new revenue generation in digital content distribution.”
